The initial consultation is a paid 45-minute consultation to clarify any further information to briefly outline possible options available to you within the partner visa pathway.
This includes a letter of advice outlining application fees (government charges) and professional fees (migration agent service fees), current processing times and general requirements of the suggested visa
STEP 4
Both parties decide whether to enter a service agreement (contract) for the visa application
STEP 5
A service agreement is developed and signed by both parties, written authority to represent you and receive information on your behalf is also provided by you at this stage

Fees are paid in line with the service agreement
STEP 7
Work commences on the preparation of the visa and sponsorship applications
STEP 8
We have regular contact to ensure the application is progressing as required
STEP 9
All application evidence is reviewed by you prior to submission
STEP 10
You provide instructions to lodge the partner visa
STEP 11
Remaining professional fees
STEP 12
The visa is lodged and you pay the visa application costs via credit card
STEP 13
You undertake health assessments and criminal history checks
STEP 14
You continue to provide evidence, every 4-6 months during the processing period
STEP 15
The Department of Home Affairs processes your application
